Captain Bill Jarman has been fishing these waters for 25 years.  He is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain, member of the Northeast Charterboat Captains Association, Certified Maritime first aid and CPR and a member of the Maritime Consortium drug free vessel program.
